Invitation to VASCON 2026
Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the Second edition of VASCON – 2026, a dedicated laryngology conference focused on the rapidly evolving subspecialties of Voice, Airway, and Swallowing (VAS). Organized by Shri VAS Clinic, Chennai, in association with the Tamil Nadu Association of Phonosurgeons of India (APSI), VASCON continues its vision of creating a focused academic platform bringing together professionals passionate about advancing the science and art of laryngology. Following the overwhelming response of the inaugural VASCON 2025, which witnessed participation from over 270 delegates and distinguished faculty from across the country, we are delighted to return this year with a larger, richer, and more comprehensive academic program. The upcoming edition will feature eminent international and national faculty, bringing diverse perspectives and valuable expertise to the meeting.
Day One will feature dedicated sessions on swallowing disorders and professional voice care, along with an engaging hands-on surgical workshop providing practical experience in phonosurgical techniques using mannequin simulation models and goat larynx specimens. A special highlight of this year’s conference will be the exclusive half-day session on Professional Voice, bringing together eminent singers, voice trainers, and voice specialists to share their insights on the care, preservation, and training of the professional voice. This interdisciplinary session aims to bridge the gap between clinical laryngology and the performing arts, offering a unique forum where medical science meets the lived experience of professional voice users.
Day Two, our signature Voice Marathon, will explore diverse aspects of voice science and clinical practice through focused lectures, panel discussions, and interactive case-based discussions, creating a dynamic environment for academic exchange. To further encourage participation and scholarly engagement, the conference will also feature a dedicated academic quiz, e-poster presentations, and clinical case discussion sessions.
VASCON continues to serve as a collaborative platform uniting ENT surgeons, laryngologists, speech- language pathologists, voice professionals, and voice trainers, fostering meaningful interdisciplinary dialogue. Our aim is to inspire innovation, encourage knowledge exchange, and collectively elevate the standards of care in voice, professional voice, and swallowing disorders. We warmly invite you to join us for two inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and celebration of the ever-growing field of laryngology.

- Only the name of the presenting author must be mentioned.
- Abstract must be in MS word format in not more than 350 words.
- Last date for the abstract submission is March 31st.

- Cash prizes will be given for two best posters in each category.
- Certificates will be given for all the poster presentations.
